Every engagement follows the same path, whether it is a focused AI pilot or a multi-phase platform build.

    30 minutes on your goal, your users, your data and your constraints. We tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.

  2. Written scope

    A phased plan with milestones, acceptance criteria and a price for each phase, agreed before any build starts.

  3. Build in sprints

    Working software on a staging environment, with a demo every week, so progress is visible rather than reported.

  4. Handover and run

    Code, documentation and access handed over to you. If you want, we stay on to host, monitor and improve it.

What does Arokha do?

Arokha is an AI-native product engineering studio based in Hyderabad, India. We design, build and run AI agents, workflow automation, and web, mobile and SaaS platforms for founders and growing companies.

Do you work with companies outside India?

Yes. We work with founders and companies in India, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and the United States. We agree a daily overlap window and a weekly demo slot at kickoff, and work remotely over video, chat and a shared project board.

How does a project start?

With a 30-minute scoping call. If there is a fit, we send a written scope with phases, milestones, acceptance criteria and a price for each phase. Build starts only once you have agreed it.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. We work in repositories and cloud accounts you control, and hand over code, documentation and access at the end of each engagement.

Can your AI agents work with our existing systems?

Yes. We connect assistants and automations to the tools you already run, such as your CRM, helpdesk, database, website or WhatsApp, with clear permissions and a handoff to a person when the agent should not decide alone.

Are Divine Center and SettledHub client projects?

No. They are Arokha's own products. We built them and we operate them, which is how we test our own delivery practices on live platforms with real users.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. After the scoping call we give you a fixed price for each phase, so you can commit to a first milestone before deciding on the next.
