Arokha is a custom software development company in Hyderabad, India. We design and build web applications, mobile apps, SaaS products and business websites for growing companies in India and abroad. You see working software every sprint, sign off each milestone, and own the code, cloud accounts and documentation at the end.
Who it's for
Problems we solve
You hear "almost done" for weeks. We demo working software at the end of every sprint and tie payments to milestones you accept.
Some vendors hand over undocumented code or keep it on their own accounts. You get the repositories, cloud accounts, pipelines and documentation.
Pages that load slowly, break on mobile or fail under load cost you users. We build for performance, accessibility and automated testing from the start.
Workarounds pile up when generic software does not match how you operate. Custom software is shaped around your workflow, not the other way round.
What we build
Each one can be scoped on its own or combined into a single engagement.
Customer portals, dashboards, booking and marketplace platforms and internal tools, built with React and Next.js on a tested, documented API.
iOS and Android apps built with React Native or Flutter, including push notifications, payments, offline support and app-store release.
Multi-tenant platforms with authentication, roles, subscriptions and billing, admin dashboards, usage analytics and public APIs.
Fast, accessible, search-friendly business websites and landing pages, with a content management system your team can update.
Workflow tools and integrations with payment gateways, accounting, CRM, messaging and other third-party APIs.
Deliverables
The exact list is agreed in your scope document. These are the deliverables most engagements include.
How an engagement runs
You review and sign off at the end of every phase before the next one starts.
We clarify goals, users, must-have features and integrations, then propose an architecture, a phased roadmap and a fixed quote or sprint plan.
Output Scope, architecture and estimate
We wireframe and design the key journeys and review them with you before any code is written.
Output Clickable designs
Short sprints, each ending in a demo. You test on staging, give feedback and accept milestones as they land.
Output Working software every sprint
Production release, monitoring, documentation and a handover session, with an optional support retainer afterwards.
Output Live product and handover pack
Technology
We choose tools to suit your requirements, existing systems and team, and explain the reasoning in writing.
Engagement models
Every engagement has a written scope, milestones and a named point of contact.
Agreed scope, milestones and price, with payment tied to accepted milestones.
Best for Well-defined products and first releases
A product team working on your roadmap month to month, with sprint planning and demos you join.
Best for Evolving products and ongoing roadmaps
A monthly retainer for bug fixes, updates, monitoring and small improvements after launch.
Best for Live products that need a reliable owner
FAQs
It depends on the number of features, platforms (web, iOS, Android), integrations and the level of design work. After discovery we give either a fixed quote or a sprint-based estimate, broken down by milestone so you can phase the spend.
A tightly scoped first release is much faster than a full platform with many integrations. We give you a milestone timeline after discovery and show progress in a demo at the end of every sprint, so you never have to guess where the project stands.
Yes. Code lives in repositories you own from day one, apps are deployed to your own cloud and app-store accounts, and intellectual property transfers to you as set out in the contract.
For most business apps, a cross-platform framework such as React Native or Flutter gives one codebase for iOS and Android and a faster release cycle. We recommend fully native development when an app depends heavily on device hardware or platform-specific features.
Yes. We start with a short code and architecture review, then either extend the existing system or work alongside your developers in shared sprints and repositories.
You can keep us on a support and maintenance retainer for fixes, updates, monitoring and improvements, or take the product fully in-house using the documentation and handover session we provide.
